The Local Organising Committee (LOC) is in charge of the practical planning of the congress. The committee represents all levels and branches of the Danish educational system. In addition to the Danish members, the LOC also has two representatives from the Nordic Contact Committee (NCC). As chairman of the International Programme Committee (ICP) Mogens Niss, Roskilde University, is an associated member of the LOC.
